We are delighted to announce that Professor Steven Schwarcz has agreed to deliver the keynote address at the inaugural stakeholder symposium, to be held at Durham Law School on 26 September 2016.  Professor Schwarcz is the Stanley A. Star Professor of Law & Business at Duke University.  He is the founding director of Duke’s interdisciplinary Global Capital Markets Center.  He was a pioneer in the field of asset securitization, and has wide experience in advising regulators and policy-making bodies at the national and international levels.
